Notice: Effective June 6, 2011, all final presentence reports will be filed in CM/ECF available only to the applicable parties and must be accessed by counsel of record from the Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF). First drafts of presentence reports will continue to be disclosed under the existing procedure. All presentence reports (first drafts and finals) to defendants will continue to be disclosed under the existing procedure.
